Tacurong City SLPA Consumers Cooperative
City of Tacurong, Sultan Kudarat
The Tacurong City SLPA Consumers Cooperative is a DSWD Sustainable Livelihood Program (SLP) beneficiary since 2019. It began as Mommy’s SLPA, evolved into San Emmanuel Food Ventures, and later became a registered cooperative—reflecting its growth and resilience. The cooperative is composed of members from various SLP beneficiary groups across Tacurong City, with products showcased in the KAISA e-Negosyo platform proudly made by its SLPA members. Despite many challenges, the group remained united and strong, overcoming trials through teamwork and determination. Today, they operate a general merchandise business and manufacture juices, foods, and handycrafts for public markets and institutions. They implemented a ₱10 million DSWD Supplementary Feeding Program project over two years and secured additional DepEd projects distributing products across Sultan Kudarat and South Cotabato.
