Terms and Conditions
By checking this box, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of KAISA e-Negosyo as a Merchant, Buyer, or Guest User.
I acknowledge and agree to the following:
- I will provide true, accurate, and complete information upon registration or transaction.
- I will use the platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable Philippine laws and regulations.
- For Buyers/Guests: I agree to pay for all orders placed and understand that prices, availability, and delivery terms are subject to change.
- For Merchants: I agree to comply with all platform rules, including product authenticity, fair pricing, order fulfillment, and customer service standards.
- I understand that KAISA e-Negosyo acts as a digital platform facilitator and is not directly liable for transactions between buyers and merchants, except as required by law.
- I agree not to misuse the platform, including engaging in fraud, misrepresentation, or unauthorized transactions.
- I understand that KAISA e-Negosyo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms and Conditions.
- I agree that disputes may be resolved through the platform's dispute resolution process and in accordance with Philippine laws.
I further acknowledge that my use of the platform is also subject to the Data Privacy Consent and other applicable policies.
