4. For Merchants
- I agree to comply with all platform rules, including product authenticity and fair pricing.
- I will fulfill orders promptly and maintain quality standards.
- I understand that product information must be accurate and up-to-date.
5. Platform Rules
Fraud, misrepresentation, unauthorized transactions, and misuse of the platform are strictly prohibited.
KAISA e-Negosyo acts as a digital platform facilitator and is not directly liable for transactions between buyers and merchants, except as required by law.
6. Account Management
KAISA e-Negosyo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms and Conditions.
