For Buyers & Guests

  • I agree to pay for all orders placed through the platform.
  • I understand that prices, availability, and delivery terms are subject to change.
  • I will provide accurate delivery information for successful order fulfillment.

For Merchants

  • I agree to comply with all platform rules, including product authenticity and fair pricing.
  • I will fulfill orders promptly and maintain quality standards.
  • I will maintain good customer service standards for all transactions.
  • I understand that product information must be accurate and up-to-date.

Platform Rules & Limitations

Prohibited Activities

Fraud, misrepresentation, unauthorized transactions, and misuse of the platform are strictly prohibited.

Platform Role

KAISA e-Negosyo acts as a digital platform facilitator and is not directly liable for transactions between buyers and merchants, except as required by law.

Account Management

KAISA e-Negosyo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms and Conditions.

Disputes may be resolved through the platform's dispute resolution process and in accordance with Philippine laws.
